Born and bred in Dubbo NSW, Brad’s experience prior to starting with Oxton Park in 2013 has ranged from a cadetship with Twynam Agriculture Group, Livestock overseer for Sinclair Cattle Co USA and subsequently as a Livestock Manager for Davidson Cameron & Co.
At Oxton Park, Brad enjoys the mixed farming operation where he works with a great team “in a beautiful part of the world”. Long term goals, strategic thinking and overall “a passion for what you do” are just some of the factors that Brad sees as paramount in running a successful business. Brad looks forward to seeing the continued development, and the impact of, technological advancements combined with improved genetics across all enterprises.
Brad loves managing animals throughout their whole life cycle and holds Animal welfare in the highest regard. Helping to defy environmental challenges with the goal of producing great quality food and fibre is a responsibility he takes a great deal of pride in. Brad also acknowledges a genuine consumer demand for high quality products combined with positive environmental outcomes as two of the most important aspects for the Australian agriculture moving into the future.
As a team we are very exited and proud to produce a high-quality product in a sustainable manner while managing and improving our environmental footprint along the way.
