Originally from the Yarra Valley outside of Melbourne, Bianca embraces the ever-evolving nature of agriculture and thrives on the industry’s inclusivity. “Being able to work as part of a team with such a large knowledge base, and a long-standing tenure with the business and the local land and country is what I enjoy most,” Bianca shares.

Bianca is driven by the opportunity to trial new research-backed methods and watch ideas transition from theory into successful practice. She deeply respects Oxton Park’s demonstrated ability to adapt and overcome challenges despite the unforgiving nature of agriculture and climate. Learning from failure and having another go are cornerstones of her philosophy—she believes that passion and persistence are what drive successful outcomes.
