Originally from Buderim in Queensland, Lach kicked off his career at Oxton Park at the end of 2024. Having held positions Jackarooing & Overseeing at Egelabra, Poll Boonoke & Wanganella Merino studs, before completing his degree at Marcus Oldham College, Lachs experience and passion for the Ag Industry runs very deep.

“The variety that your role can have day to day, along with the vast opportunities in Agriculture are some of the things I love most. Being able to contribute as a team, and a very clear commitment to the staff are just a few of the things I think makes Oxton Park special”

Into the future, Lachs very excited to see what new efficiencies we can develop as an industry that will drive production. Lach sees Technological advancement and management techniques going hand in hand on this journey and certainly displays this in his “can do” attitude day-to-day.

A partnership with employees that cements a feeling of involvement and job satisfaction are two factors Lach believes contribute greatly to strong business success. Outside of work, Lach enjoys being outdoors, camping & spending time with mates. Some of the best advice Lachs been given is “if you’re going to play up at night, you’d better be ready to lift those boots in the morning”.
